Eric & Sons Keep all track of he exchange with receipts and we provide Customer with copy, please keep for both parties safety and protection. It is the Homeowner, Business, or Contractor responsibility's to be on site at all times once Eric & Sons is working on your property. 

HIRING ERIC & SONS PRIVACY FENCING

Eric & Sons Privacy Fencing takes a 65% deposit down to purchase some of your material. If you pay a 65% deposit, then change your mind, Deposit amount will NOT be refunded. If no deposit is taken due to Homeowner, Businesse, or Contractor out of town, working, etc., Then Eric & Sons will purchase material (trustworthy business only) BUT that material belongs to Eric & Sons Privacy Fencing until the total bill is paid in full. Meaning that if Eric & Sons completes job and no money was given or customer doesn't want to pay remaining balance, that material and fence belongs to Eric & Sons Privacy Fencing that's our PROPERTY.
